Refund Policy

Because we offer digital products, our refund policy is designed to be fair, secure, and transparent.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund only if:

  • The eSIM QR code has not been scanned or activated
  • The request is made within 24 hours of purchase
  • Your device is not compatible, and no mobile data has been used, and you contacted us before activation

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • The eSIM has already been activated or scanned
  • Mobile data has been partially or fully used
  • The device is incompatible and this was not verified before purchase
  • You entered incorrect information during purchase (e.g., email, country, plan selection)
  • The issue was caused by the user, device settings, or any third-party app/service
  • The service failed due to factors outside of Airasim’s or our carrier partners’ control (e.g., roaming restrictions, poor signal in remote areas, firewall blocking, local device policy)

⚠️ Important: We do not issue refunds for problems that are not caused by Airasim or our authorized partners. Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility and following installation instructions properly.

3. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed explanation of the issue
  • Screenshots (e.g., device settings, error messages)

All refund requests will be reviewed within 48 business hours. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized disputes may result in your account being permanently blocked.
